| At medium and large events LondonEventPhotos.co.uk will have on site a photo lab and printing facilities to provide photographs to the attendees within minutes of the photo being taken. | |

All photography is digital using the latest Canon cameras and Kodak professional high speed laboratory printers. Lighting as required can be provided. |

| Photographs will be available on the day either for sale or provided by management to the event visitors. Photographs can be put on line for viewing and/or purchase post event. | |

At the end of the event a DVD with a photographic record of the days event on will be provided free of charge provided that the photos are not sold and that any photographs used and or published will show LondonEventPhotos.co.uk as the copyright owners. |

| For PR, Product and AGM photography the photographer will normally be charged on an hourly or daily basis and the photographs charged per photo supplied. | |
